But no matter how lovely the weather might seem, it comes with its own set of skin troubles. Winter months tend to be dry making your skin parched and stretchy. However, all these skin woes can be efficiently managed with these efficient home-made hydrating face packs that keep your skin soft and supple throughout winters.
  • Milk Cream – Honey Face Mask
    Mix a spoon of milk cream (malai) with a spoon of honey. Spread the mixture thoroughly on your face and wait for about 15 minutes. Wash it off with tepid water and finally with cold water. Both milk cream and honey helps to nourish your skin and moisturize it thoroughly. This mask works great for dry-skinned beauties. You may want to follow this skin care tip in summer too, as long as you don’t have oily skin.
  • Cocoa Butter – Olive Face Mask
    Mix a spoon of cocoa butter with a spoon of olive oil. Add a pinch of ginger paste. Apply on your face and wait for 15 minutes. Rinse off with normal water. Cocoa butter is natural and free from any preservatives. However, if your skin is prone to acne and clogging of pores, cocoa butter face pack may not be ideal for you.
  • Almond Oil – Milk Face Mask
    Mix a spoon of almond oil with two spoons of raw milk. Apply on your face and let it stay on for 10 minutes. Wash it off with tepid water and finally with cold water. This skin care tip can be used by oily-skinned beauties without a problem. Strawberry is rich in Vitamin C as well as omega-3 fatty acids.   • Banana – Milk Powder/Rose Water Face Mask
    Banana is known for its moisturizing properties. Mix a spoon of mashed banana with milk powder. Use rose water instead of milk if you have oily skin. Add a few drops of honey too. Apply the mask, wait for 20 minutes and then rinse off. Your skin feels hydrated, soft and smooth.
