This year put an end to the cycle of resolving to make change and then not seeing it through. Spend less. Save more. Eat less. Exercise more. No matter what your resolution may be, you’ll definitely feel a lot better if your stick to it. So just to get you started, we’ve put together a few natural beauty tips to help you keep the promise that you’ve made to yourself.
  1. Make it something that’s important to you.
    Don’t let people determine what it should be. Put some thought into it, figure it out yourself and fit it to your own values. If you want to look good for yourself, make an effort!

    Make sure that the target you’ve set for yourself is realistic and achievable. Avoid keeping a goal that is capable of making you go weak in the knees.     Make your resolution before New Year’s Eve. Plan it well before December 31, so that you’ve actually given it enough time and thought it through. If you wait until the last minute, it will be based on your mindset of that very day.

    Think of ways to deal with the temptation to skip that exercise class or have that sinful piece of cake. Give yourself that extra push by calling a friend to help you, practicing positive thinking, or reminding yourself how your decision will affect your goal. Be headstrong about your decisions.
  5. Running out of steam?Fret not! It’s completely normal to feel fairly sluggish when it comes to keeping your resolution. Keep grooving and start over again! If you’ve resolved to do a hair spa every week, doing it in the first week of January and forgetting it may not really help. Recommit yourself. You can do just about anything for a day. Challenge yourself to keep it up and keep building on it. And before you know it, voilà! You’ll be back on track.
  6. Reward Yourself
    Not an entire box of chocolates if you want to improve your diet. Instead, celebrate your success by doing something that doesn’t go against your resolution. If you’ve been true to your promise take a day off and hit the spa or go to the movies with a friend. Sit back and have a good time.
