EAT RIGHT: Feast on your sargi before sunrise. Don't over eat at the time of breaking the fast. Drink lots of water and eat healthy before you begin your fast.
TAKE REST: Do not wake-up anybody and refrain from using a pen or a knife. This tradition was started to give the women rest while fasting.
DO NOT EXERT: It is not advisable to indulge in any sort of exercise during your fast as it can make your body weak.
DIVERT YOUR ATTENTION: Keep yourself entertained with friends or work so that you don’t miss food.
